Working with one of the leader Internet service provider in Egypt, where my main duties are:-
• Develop a sales and Marketing Plan for the company where it included:-
• Recruiting  necessary sales staff through a technical  psychological test.
• Train them to penetrate major account and make necessary sales close.
• Direct and lead them to sell Internet Service and communication equipment's   .
• Setting Gantt chart to achieve all objectives.
• Set products pricing and change them upon market evolution .
• Search for new product and agencies.
• Create a network of dealers and help them to promote our product.
• Contribute with marketing ideas . ( June 1996-to now )

Acer Computer ( ME), Dubai, U.A.E
Working as Country Sales Manger at Acer Computer (ME) Ltd. for regional sales of Acer micro computer and peripherals for North Africa , where my main duties was:-
• Protect our  distributor and help them through marketing program, and trying to turn competitor distributor to our side.
• Manage our distributor network in  Morocco, Tunisia, helping them to achieve their target.
• Trying to open new market in Algeria, Sudan, Libya, where I succeeded to penetrate Algeria after a marketing survey and long negotiations.
• Contribute in product planning and marketing campaigns to activate our distributors. ( April 95 - Oct. 95 ).

ORASCOM, Cairo, Egypt
Working at ORASCOM, HP sole distributor in Egypt for sales of HP minicomputer and peripherals. Where my main duties where :-
• Manage a new product "Optical Mark Reader" and introduce it to the market and try to penetrate with it in new accounts.
• Managing the army sector in which I succeeded to penetrate with HP minicomputers and realize a distinguish market share in such major account. Aug. 93 - Apr. 95.

Working at Computer and Electronic Development Group to promote networks and communication products as well as Farabi emulation cards for IBM midrange and mainframes.
